  1. We only accept payments in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  2. The prices listed are net, per person (except for family/group prices).
  3. Room prices are based on the use of one room for 2 (two) people or twin sharing, unless otherwise requested.
  4. The package prices include what is stated in the tour package; please read and understand what is included and excluded in the package beforehand.
  5. The listed prices are subject to change at any time unless a reservation has been made and a deposit has been paid.
  6. Additional charges will apply during holiday periods, Eid, Christmas, and New Year’s.
  7. If you have transferred payment for a tour package, tour, or service, and you cancel the tour, you will be charged a refund of 80% of the previously transferred amount.
  8. The refund does not include costs that we have already paid for hotel reservations, accommodations, or Bromo jeep rentals.

 

Miscellaneous

  1. Confirmation of tour package availability depends heavily on room availability, especially for accommodations/hotels. We will make every effort to find an equivalent hotel if the requested hotel is fully booked. We will send you confirmation of the tour package availability via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once all booking terms and conditions are met.
  2. The schedule provided is subject to change based on field conditions.
  3. In case of cancellations (delays), lost luggage, accidents, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events, we are not responsible.
  4. For foreign nationals, there is an additional charge of IDR 250,000 per person.
  5. Additional terms and conditions for the tour package and travel services will be confirmed to you. If you do not agree to or comply with these terms and additional conditions related to the tour package, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Disclaimer
We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for:

  1. Damage, loss, and delay of luggage by airlines, hotels, and other transport providers.
  2. Delays in luggage from the aircraft; each participant is required to retrieve their own luggage at any airport.
  3. Flight delays, flight cancellations, and any activities outside the tour package.
  4. Changes to the travel itinerary due to natural disasters, civil unrest, and other “force majeure” events.
  5. Departure of tour participants due to illness, accidents, etc.
  6. Loss of travel equipment due to participant negligence.
